Gustav Tijsen

Manager, Development Services (Auckland)

Gustav studied Information Systems Technologies in the Netherlands. Initially he worked in Europe as a software developer prior to migrating to New Zealand in 1992 where he continued to work in his chosen field of software development.

In New Zealand, Gustav has held various leadership positions in technical project delivery roles. He joined Solnet Limited in 2000 as the Project/Programme Manager, focusing on projects in the telecommunications sector. Gustav has been with Solnet Solutions since its inception in 2003.

At home, Gustav and his partner Jette have a young son Eise.  Most of Gustav's spare time goes into enjoying fatherhood and being the handyman around the house.  When Gustav finds some time outside of this, he enjoys going for a mountain bike ride or going white water kayaking.  He and his partner also go for the occasional tango dance.
